HONEYDRIP "NOTHIN' AT ALL" SINGLE LAUNCH CAMPAIGN

Honeydrip are a Sydney based funk/soul band, who released a single called “Nothin’ At All”. This single launch campaign required an A4 poster, along with a Facebook event cover photo. Upon issuing this project, they requested that the poster look vintage/old school. I chose to reflect this firstly with the pale, washed-out colour palette; and secondly the illustration style. The woman’s hair, sun glasses, and shirt add to the vintage look, along with the texture and surrounding flowers. The font was inspired by 60’s/70’s gig posters (Pink Floyd, Jimi Hendrix etc.). The illustration was done via Illustrator, and the font and layout was done through InDesign.
