“Cook-for-Hope” was a charity event in Beijing, China; organised through a partnership with orphanages and charities; which was hosted by GREEN T. HOUSE, an event space. Through this design, I wanted to represent as many kids as possible, so I decided to collage their pictures. The pink colour scheme was chosen because pink represents the universal love of oneself and others. It also represents compassion, nurturing, and love. The words “I HOPE” was designed bigger than the rest of the copy as that was the main message—the children hope for a better life. The poster was created via InDesign. The artwork also contains printing marks.
